If you are new to zazen, you can show up during any of the zazen periods for basic instruction.

For zazen periods, please try to show up at least ten minutes prior to the starting time. You should wear suitable clothing for these activities.

Start anytime. $60 per month.

Tuesday night schedule

January: we will continue with shodo (calligraphy). Note also the calligraphy seminar on Thursday, January 10.

February/March: We will concentrate on chanting practice (okyo).

April/May: Breathing and centering practice
